Non-breaking refactor: export mesh gossip RPC pull dispatch extracted from gossip-rpc-pull barrel path; registry validate-pull-keys asserts pull config alignment.
- `gossip-rpc-export-mesh-pull-dispatch.js` — `dispatchExportMeshGossipRpcPullByConfig`, pull config key guards
- `platform-gossip-rpc-config-pull-mixin.js` — targeted export pulls route through pull-dispatch
- CI: `npm run test:ci-phase944`
