- `gossip-rpc-export-mesh-registry-snapshot-keys.js` — `pickExportMeshRegistryDiagnosticsPayloadFromInputs`, payload key aliases
- `gossip-rpc-export-mesh-registry-snapshot.js` — delegates diagnostics payload to snapshot-keys
- CI: `npm run test:ci-phase949`
