Non-breaking refactor: named mixin map and list helpers move to `gossip-rpc-export-mesh-registry-diagnostics-inputs-named.js`; `buildExportMeshFetchRegistryEntrySnapshot` moves to `gossip-rpc-export-mesh-registry-snapshot-entry.js`; snapshot and named modules preserve public exports; diagnostics-inputs imports the named slice only.
