Guild 3-peer mesh topology and stability stats fanout: topology emits and sync fanout on all peers so mesh peer counts match on host and both guests.
- Agentctl: `runGuildMeshTripleTopologyJourney`, matcher `meshStabilityPeerCountMin`
- UI: `syncGuildMeshTopologyChrome` in `syncGuildMeshTripleChrome`
