- `gossip-rpc-export-mesh-registry-scope-lists-derive.js` — derive registry + `spreadExportMeshFetchRegistryScopeListsFromDerive`
- `scope-lists` and `alias-map` share `exportMeshFetchRegistryScopeListSpread` bound fns
- CI: `npm run test:ci-phase951`
