Raven Scott 8960f9b5d1 feat(rpc): Phase 870 media mesh protomux-rpc dual-stack (v0.8.837) 
Add opt-in PEARCORD_MEDIA_RPC_WIRE for attach/voice/screen JSON planes on
protomux-rpc v2 (requires PEARCORD_RPC_WIRE=v2|dual). New mux-wire/media.js
attachMediaWireSession; attach fetch uses rpc.request when enabled. Default
unchanged: media stays v1 buffer even when gossip is v2. Smokes, CI bundle
test:ci-phase870, smoke-runner bounded mesh flush. No breaking behavior change.
