Raven ScottandCursor	af7e3276f2	fix(mesh): await open gossip channels before broadcast (v0.8.19) ... Make broadcastGossip async and wait for each peer channel fullyOpened before sending RPC payloads. gossipProfileCosmetic returns the promise so profile cosmetics (with bannerAttachment) reach connected peers.
