refactor(platform): Phase 733 multi-scope index preamble namespaces

Browse Source

Add sharedScope, localScope, searchScope, and integrationScope usage in
index.js with preamble block extraction and body-only codemod. Keep id,
now, and guildTopic as local bindings to avoid shadowing collisions.
Add platform-index-integration-imports.js. No behavior changes.
