feat(platform): profile cosmetics save, gossip, and cosmeticsByUserId view

Integrate pearcord-profile-cosmetics with boost perk gates, guild and contacts fanout, peer cache, profile modal IPC, and mesh join on settings swarm. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
