refactor(platform): Phase 734 secondary scopes and index exports finalize
Add foldersScope, enrichmentScope, threadsScope, botAuthScope, and
automationScope namespaces in index.js; consolidate automation-export,
bot-auth, and threads import modules; finalize exports via
platform-index-exports.js. No behavior or mesh semantics changes.
