Extract _hyperswarmOpts/_newHyperswarm and _startupStepTimeout to
platform-hyperswarm-runtime-mixin and platform-session-startup-mixin
(62 manifest rows). Add platform-class-imports and
platform-index-export-manifest; registries derive counts from manifest.
No behavior change.
