Raven ScottandCursor 8f64574cd4 refactor(platform): extract guild mesh bandwidth stats build (Phase 958) 
Non-breaking modularization: guild-mesh-bandwidth-stats-build.js centralizes
bandwidth window snapshot, cap effective/total key pairs, and guild sync
diagnostics slice. getMeshStabilityStats and exportGuildSyncDiagnostics
delegate to builders with identical output.

Raven ScottandCursor d70925d4fc Phase 957: gossip outbox stats build extract (v0.8.924) 
Add guild-mesh-gossip-outbox-stats-build with lane alert thresholds,
outbox stats resolve, and replication diagnostics gossip slice. Gossip
view and partition-heal mixins delegate without behavior change.

Raven ScottandCursor eb5f18fba5 Phase 956: guild mesh stability stats build extract (v0.8.923) 
Add buildMeshStabilityStatsSnapshot with 29 canonical field keys and
guild-mesh-production-track-index for phases 956–980. getMeshStabilityStats
delegates to builder with identical output. Non-breaking refactor only.

Emit after zero-peer mesh rejoin and when _recoverGuildMeshAfterPeerDrop
completes with active peers.

Raven ScottandCursor 66160bbc53 Improve guild member roster sync and mesh recovery reliability. 
Queue member join and sync-request gossip through the outbox, infer members from mesh peers and profiles, add host-initiated identify handshake, and harden partition heal plus mesh bounded clearing.

Raven ScottandCursor a5dba86570 refactor(platform): organize mixins into category directories 
Move 136 prototype mixins under mixins/domain, json-export, and
runtime/* so the package root stays navigable. Manifest assign order
is unchanged; apply-platform-mixins and runtime registry paths updated.
