feat(platform): integration workers, hook editor APIs, receipt retention
Add pearcord-integration-worker templates, PearcordIntegrationWorker class,
createIntegrationWorker/buildIntegrationWorkerScript, receipt retention
get/set, and emit app-event on bot bridge for local worker subscriptions.
