Raven ScottandCursor b5f689d782 feat(phase972): guild mesh view stability fields module (v0.8.939) ...

Add guild-mesh-view-stability-fields.js with 29-key view field registry
and pickMeshViewStabilityFields; platform-view-mixin adopts picker for
meshStabilityStats without changing view output shape.
Non-breaking refactor — zero externally visible behavior changes.
