feat(phase968): guild mesh multi-guild isolation stats extract + guild rail keys (v0.8.935)
Non-breaking refactor — Phase 968 of the Guild Mesh Production Hardening Track.
New module:
- guild-mesh-multi-guild-stats-build.js: centralises multi-guild diagnostics envelope
and federation aggregate construction. Exports key registries:
meshMultiGuildDiagnosticsFieldKeys, meshMultiGuildPerGuildDiagnosticsFieldKeys,
meshGuildRailFieldKeys, meshFederationAggregateFieldKeys; and builders:
buildMultiGuildDiagnosticsEnvelope, buildMultiGuildPerGuildDiagnosticsEntry,
buildFederationAggregateSnapshot.
Call-site wiring (zero behavior change):
- platform-partition-heal-orchestrator-mixin.js: exportMultiGuildSyncDiagnostics uses
buildMultiGuildDiagnosticsEnvelope + buildMultiGuildPerGuildDiagnosticsEntry
- platform-federation-view-mixin.js: _federationSyncAggregateForView uses
buildFederationAggregateSnapshot
All public APIs, event payloads, and observable behavior are identical to before.
