Non-breaking refactor — scheduleGuildGossipRpcFirstWithFallback() dedupes RPC-first fire-and-forget paths; gossip-rpc-response-validators.js splits isValid* predicates; search/audit/export mixins migrate to centralized isGuildGossipRpcRequestEnabled gate. test:ci-phase892 passes (46/50, cutover deferred).
Pearcord platform mixins
Prototype mixins merged onto PearcordPlatform in manifest order (platform-mixin-assign-manifest.js). Do not reorder rows without a regression pass (npm run test:phase730-mixin-manifest).

Adding a new platform-* mixin
- Add file under the correct
runtime/<category>/folder. - Append a row to
platform-mixin-assign-manifest.js(usually near related mixins). - Run both regenerate scripts and
npm run test:phase730-mixin-manifest.
