Hoist all module dependencies to shared modules/node_modules workspace

Add npm workspaces across 31 category trees plus hyper-p2p-bare-shared,
remove per-package node_modules and package-lock.json duplicates, and document
install-workspace.sh for a single hoisted install (~140MB vs tens of GB).
