Expand storage, transport, routing, agents, and messaging event bus modules
Add session bridge pair management, core replicator policy clear, drive
mount unmount-all, relay tunnel bulk close, compact codec resetStats, peer
bootstrap and noise session listing, graph and disk stripe clear, memetic
clear, retry policy route management, bitfield drain, task orchestrator
cancelAllPending, and distributed event bus topic/unsubscribe helpers.

Giant pass: storage API docs, trust/consensus/routing code, category guides
Complete manual documentation cleanup for the storage stack and expand
category-level guides across the library.
Documentation (23 storage modules):
- Rewrite Methods sections in all storage-hypercore, storage-hyperbee,
storage-autobase, and storage-hyperdrive api.md files from index.js
- Remove every "module-specific (see implementation)" placeholder in storage
- Fix bitfield-scheduler, bee-batch-write, bee-range-watch, drive-gc-sweep APIs
Category READMEs (modules/):
- trust-security, consensus-coordination, routing-advanced — tables + hub links
- MODULE_CATEGORIES.md typo fix (scaffold tier description)
Code:
- hyper-p2p-trust-graph: hasEdge(), nodeCount(), getStats with protocol
- hyper-p2p-circuit-breaker: listCircuitIds(), reset()
- hyper-p2p-distributed-lock: getStats merges metrics + active lock counts
Parent workspace (not in this repo) also received doc hubs for all 29
categories in docs/README.md and MODULE_DOC_PASS.md giant-pass tracker.

Add storage stack modules and track them in git
The modules workspace previously ignored every path matching `storage-*`,
which kept all Hypercore, Hyperbee, Hyperdrive, and Autobase packages out
of version control. Narrow .gitignore to test-artifact patterns only so
production category trees are committed.
Storage packages (23 total):
- storage-hypercore (7): replicator, seed-policy, fork-picker, merkle-sync,
priority-fetch, bitfield-scheduler, audit-chain
- storage-hyperbee (5): batch-write, diff-follow, range-watch,
secondary-index, tombstone-gc
- storage-hyperdrive (6): entry-catalog, gc-sweep, mirror-sync, mount-bridge,
version-snapshot, watch-notify
- storage-autobase (5): fork-choice, view-sync, writer-lease, indexer-bus,
light-writer
Implementation highlights:
- Shared attach/gossip helpers in _shared/storage-gossip-base.js
- P2P modules use Protomux gossip via p2p-bare; local planners omit swarm
- Recent deepen pass: priority queues, batch caps, audit export/import,
watch/notify aliases on range-watch, fork/view lease helpers, etc.
- Per-package README, docs/api.md, docs/architecture.md, tests, examples
Also update modules/README.md doc hub links for the full storage stack
(hypercore, hyperbee, hyperdrive, autobase).
