Agent f5a058513a feat: introduce novel hyper-p2p-reactive-state v0.1.0 - first reactive CRDT observable state sync primitive for Bare/Pear

- Created complete production-grade module: hyper-p2p-reactive-state with LWW CRDT, event-driven reactivity, Hyperswarm + Protomux replication, Hyperbee persistence
