Late joiners were getting WebM clusters only — the init segment is written once at encode start, before any peer is subscribed, so MSE never had a valid stream.

Fix (host): cache bytes before the first WebM Cluster, and on fan-out subscribe / new connIds, send that init once before media segments.
Restart the native host so it picks this up, then retry the same flow (encode → fan-out → join → viewer joins). Playback may take up to ~1s after join until the next keyframe.

Implement unique keyPairs per tab with improved connection handling
...
- Remove log count badge from Logs tab, add tab count badge to Tabs tab
- Add default settings: Request Timeout, Ready Timeout, Disable on File URLs
- Each tab now generates its own unique keyPair for connections
- Add swarm.listen() for incoming connections in native host
- Fix event routing: only send events to tabs that own the swarm

Add extension options, fix settings save and CSP, update docs
...
- Options: default max peers, ready timeout (ms), disable on file://,
notify on host disconnect, plus existing app name, request timeout, debug
- Use storage.local instead of storage.sync so settings persist (e.g. in
Firefox options page); add save/reset error handling in options UI
- Move options page script to options.js for CSP compliance (no inline script)
- manifest: add "notifications" permission for disconnect notification
- Docs: README (settings section, file layout), API-REFERENCE (ready timeout,
constructor defaults, request timeout), ARCHITECTURE (storage, options page,
content script behavior), DATA-API and examples/README (default timeout,
file:// option)

Implement hrpc with streaming and wire into setup
...
- Add spec/hyperschema and spec/hrpc codegen (scripts/build-hrpc.js)
with unary, request/response-stream, duplex, and send-only commands
- Run build:hrpc and build:protomux from install.sh so setup is one-step
- Native host: add attachHrpc (Protomux channel + generated HRPC),
handlers for ping, streamSum, fetchStream, duplex, notify
- Load HRPC lazily so missing spec does not crash host; use bare-stream
for Duplex under Bare; add bare-stream, compact-encoding deps
