Raven Scott 51b3b97bc0 Document that seeder remains the canonical MBR publisher while eligible booted peers can mirror block 0 and captured bare_os seed RPC snapshots for cold joiners. 
Update onboarding, architecture diagrams, package docs, and glossary/FAQ language to keep trust boundaries and availability behavior consistent.

Raven Scott 54626ef873 booter: synthesize seed capabilities so more peers mirror MBR block 0 
After a successful swarm boot, fill seedCapabilityInfo with stock
kernelCapabilityWords when the pre-MBR capabilities RPC was skipped,
failed, or lacked words, so peer system seed eligibility passes and
localRAM can serve block 0. Add BARE_OS_PEER_SEED_SYNTHETIC_CAPABILITIES
(opt-out) and BARE_OS_PEER_SEED_ADVERTISE_IMAGE_TIP_ID; document tip
propagation in env appendix, users manual, and handbook. Extend peer
seed tests.

Migrate booter and seeder host file/path access to bare-fs/bare-path via package
imports while keeping Node defaults for dev/CI; extend CI to reject bare fs/path
imports on Pear surfaces.

Wire bareOsPearUpdaterDelegate through pear-runtime-updater-style dynamic import,
expand process table and signal routing, add system RO alias mount and optional
Hyperbee bin hint, protomux proc metrics, cron dom/dow OR rule, boot-perf detail
with optional bare-hrtime, /lib/bare warm cache with metrics_live warmReadCache,
vault threat-model and users-manual crypto pointers, Pear inspect emit, gated
shell break/continue, kernel-ext-graph output and example schema, POSIX compliance
matrix + verifier in pretest.

Harden ACL sidecar evaluation toward POSIX-like mask semantics; tighten test/expr/
printf edge cases and man JSON; add blind-bootstrap/DHT registry protocol test and

with reload audit NDJSON, features proc for hyperblobs dedup and systemd
subset documentation, vault threat model doc plus posture fields for AEAD,
Pear enclave pointer, account rotation continuity, and Ed25519 consistency
across boot manifest / extensions / replication. Adds or extends tests and

  stock kernel; kernel.ext.d requires/after/before ordering; boot-ready
  subsystems.kernel.giantPhase adjunct
- Expose /proc/bare_os/giant_phase_program.json via bare-os-giant-phase;
  wire VFS, baretop snapshot, and ctx batch read
- Add /bin/kernel-doctor and /bin/kernel-explain; verify-giant-phase-doc in
  pretest; giant-phase-benchmark-harness stub
- Bump bareOsCtxApiVersion to 1.23.0; sync seeder kernel/init.js and runtime
