Raven Scott 4cdd1569af sh: add POSIX-like -c support and complete shell subset gaps 
Implement sh -c COMMAND [NAME [ARG...]] in /bin/sh, add shell function
declarations/invocation support, expand export semantics (NAME, NAME=value, -p),
and make until/loop-control behavior available by default. Add focused shell
tests and update sh man-page option docs.

Implement the 50-point Holepunch alignment roadmap with a first-pass delivery across coreutils commands, policy examples, audit tooling, and docs. This adds new operator CLIs (appctl/corestorectl/ctxbaredoctor/dhtctl/trustctl), tiered catalog and runtime-compat reports, release-checklist integration, contributor guidance, and kernel/seeder mirrored artifacts for app registry, trust, network services, corestore namespaces, and update manifest workflows.

Raven Scott 4fa8c14079 When the host leaves these unset, the booter now sets 
BARE_OS_SHELL_STREAMING=1, BARE_OS_SHELL_STREAMING_MULT=2,
BARE_OS_PIPELINE_MAX_BYTES (512 MiB), and BARE_OS_PIPELINE_MAX_LINES
(2M) so the high-throughput ~512 MiB burst profile does not require
pre-launch exports.

Align getconf Tier-1 statics with those bases; note legacy rc.profile
exports; refresh handbook, environment appendix, cookbook, and
bare-os-booter CHANGELOG.

Raven Scott be6ca4a40c Add cowsay-style /bin/baresay and identical /bin/say (say maps to baresay 
source via build.mjs). Ship lib/baresay-engine.js for wrapping, balloons,
and cowfile parsing; default character is bear under /share/baresay/.cow.

Register commands, man pages, rebuild man/completion/posix index, sync
kernel to seeder, bump Tier-1 command count in docs to 155, and add a
test that say and baresay bundles match.

Migrate booter and seeder host file/path access to bare-fs/bare-path via package
imports while keeping Node defaults for dev/CI; extend CI to reject bare fs/path
imports on Pear surfaces.

Wire bareOsPearUpdaterDelegate through pear-runtime-updater-style dynamic import,
expand process table and signal routing, add system RO alias mount and optional
Hyperbee bin hint, protomux proc metrics, cron dom/dow OR rule, boot-perf detail
with optional bare-hrtime, /lib/bare warm cache with metrics_live warmReadCache,
vault threat-model and users-manual crypto pointers, Pear inspect emit, gated
shell break/continue, kernel-ext-graph output and example schema, POSIX compliance
matrix + verifier in pretest.

Harden ACL sidecar evaluation toward POSIX-like mask semantics; tighten test/expr/

- Bump ctx API to 1.31.0; extend /proc/bare_os/syscalls.json schema 4 (fdModel, signalModel)

Raven Scott 346bb71ffe Complete the internal “100 task” roadmap: coreutils and shell parity (xargs, 
sh, diff/patch, sort, printf, find, test, getfacl/setfacl/xattr), expanded
/proc and metrics (process table, syscalls, replication, net, security
posture, worker budget, swarm/replication hints), initd DAG supervision
metadata and richer restart journal telemetry, synthetic process groups via
IPC (assignProcessGroup/signalProcessGroup) mirrored into process_table,
optional kernel.ext.d incremental hot reload (BARE_OS_KERNEL_EXT_D_HOT_RELOAD)
with reload audit NDJSON, features proc for hyperblobs dedup and systemd
subset documentation, vault threat model doc plus posture fields for AEAD,
Pear enclave pointer, account rotation continuity, and Ed25519 consistency
across boot manifest / extensions / replication. Adds or extends tests and
keeps kernel/ and packages/bare-os-seeder/kernel/ in parity; guest init is
bundled from kernel/lib/init/init-main.js via bundle-kernel-init.

Raven Scott d38b6eeaac feat(booter): disk.os bridge, systemctl ctx API, delegates, and docs 
- Add createBareOsDiskOsBridge for Hyperdrive searchLocal + whitelisted
  bare_os.* execRpc; wire disk.os after initd
- Expose ctx.bareOsRunSystemctlCli; route /bin/systemctl and journalctl
  through it (sync seeder kernel/bin)
- Implement ssh-keygen passphrase envelope (bareOsKeySchema 2, PBKDF2 +
  ChaCha20-Poly1305); add warc and archive delegates
- Extend basenc (--base32/--base64); improve hostid/users session UX
- Introduce bare-os-boot-phases, bare-os-errors; CI boot-step alignment
