Details 
Bump published pins (compact-encoding 3, bare-fetch/tls/https/ws 3,
bare-subprocess 6, bare-signals 5, corestore 7.12, protomux 3.11,
hypercore-crypto 3.7, bare-runtime 1.31) and regenerate catalogs,
manifests, and kernel/seeder bundles.

Adapt call sites to the new APIs:
- Corestore: explicit session flush before suspend(); treeCache ctor opts
- bare-crypto: KeyObject.export() instead of removed ._key
- Protomux 3.11: wait for fullyOpened()/fullyClosed() on chat channels
- bare-fetch: surface response.type and Headers.getSetCookie
- host snapshots: bare-os 3.9 / bare-posix / bare-fs.statfs frsize
- bare-subprocess 6: optional IPC channel + json serialization

Keep catalog sync from wiping curated pearEntries. Teach the Node test
shim to stub bare-thread/bare-worker (ESM absolute paths) and chain
Bare.on so bare-timers can load. Booter 479, protocol 34, seeder 14.

Raven Scott b133e8afc5 Late peers — Pending block reads were only sent to peers that existed when read() ran; your plan’s rebroadcast on join fixes that. 
Protomux timing — Even with a connected socket, messages[0].send() must run after the channel is fully open. A bare send() right after chan.open() often does nothing useful until pairing finishes. Waiting on peer.chan.fullyOpened() (from Protomux) before each send fixed the standalone TCP check and matches real Hyperswarm behavior.
Code changes (packages/bare-os-booter/lib/swarm-disk.js)
read(index) — For each peer, schedule the read request with
peer.chan.fullyOpened().then(() => … send(index)) instead of sending immediately.
addPeer — After this.peers.add(peer), for every pending index in pendingReads, schedule the same fullyOpened() → send path so joiners get block requests once their channel is ready.

Coreutils/kernel: pkg-swarm-index pathCapabilityEnvelopeVerify on get;
pathcap-verify --trusted failure hint; rebuild bins and sync seeder.

Booter / ctx (1.44.0)
- bareOsReadPearRuntimeSnapshotJson; hrpc stock routes documented (kernel.*,

- Peer admission: BARE_OS_DHT_ADDRESS_CLASS_ALLOWLIST + meta.dhtAddressClass;
