Introduce a first-class groq provider branch with normalized defaults, Groq-compatible request shaping (parallel_tool_calls + max_completion_tokens), and tool-delta diagnostics, while keeping xAI behavior intact. Also gate xai-compat skill seeding to provider: xai, update docs, and extend workspace/config surface tests for provider-aware behavior.

feat(agent): expand ops/developer/bridge tools and harden xAI compatibility

Add second-wave agent capabilities for initd/journal/network/IPC diagnostics, allowlisted maintenance + contract-check automation, and policy-gated HRPC bridge actions with emergency-stop controls. Harden xAI provider support by applying provider-aware request defaults, parsing reasoning-summary/tool-call streaming variants, and updating seeded docs/skills/tests to reflect max-autonomy safeguards and trace-first observability.

feat(agent): add configurable reasoning stream and in-OS ops tools

Add configurable reasoning/process visibility to /bin/agent via ~/.agent/config.json and setup wizard prompts, including bounded output and optional tool trace display. Expand agent capabilities with operational tools for service/timer inspection, cron/audit log reads, boot policy and kernel extension resolution, plus a new seeded agent-ops skill and updated workspace docs/tests to support the new automation workflow.
