Vendored rcodesign (apple-codesign)
Used by CI on Linux to seal-sign macOS Bare standalone binaries produced on Linux
(scripts/bare-standalone.cjs for every darwin-* host) so Gatekeeper does not report
them as “damaged / move to Trash”.
