**Never re-process the master logo with background removal tools.**

- Master icon & full logo cropped from your original PNG with **zero color keying**
- All sizes are pure high-quality resizes (PIL LANCZOS / ImageMagick)
- Alpha channel fully preserved (soft edges, no fringing, no matte)
- Dark/light composites are simple pastes onto solid color — no reprocessing

If any size ever looks soft, regenerate from `logo/peardock-icon-master.png` or `logo/peardock-logo-full-transparent.png` only.
