docs(v0.8.10): Phase 44 member boost slots

## Member boost slots (v0.8.10+)
Any guild member can **Contribute boost** from server settings (not only Manage Guild). Each member may apply up to **2 boosts** to a server (Nitro-style slots). Admins still have **Grant boost** for unrestricted increments.
