Raven ScottandCursor 00ae6a8421 docs: rotate PLATFORM_ROADMAP — archive v0.8.641–v0.8.897, fresh template 
Rename the completed active roadmap (Phases 666–930, v0.8.641–v0.8.897) to
PLATFORM_ROADMAP_v0.8.641-v0.8.897 following the PLATFORM_ROADMAP_v0.1-v0.8.640
naming convention. Add archive header linking back to the new active file.

Introduce a clean PLATFORM_ROADMAP.md template with governance, Now/Next/Backlog
sections, phase item template, rotation instructions, and links to both prior
archives. Update DOCUMENTATION_INDEX and docs README with archive pointers.

No application behavior changes.

Non-breaking refactor — buildGuildGossipRpcPullOptsFromRegistry() resolves rpcMethod
from the gossip RPC registry for all pull paths; fetchMessageSearchGuildGossipRpcPullByConfig
for search mesh; platform-host-rpc-pull-mixin shared by mesh RPC mixin. Mesh sync/member
page and search mixins drop manual RPC id wiring. test:ci-phase888 passes (46/50, cutover deferred).
