feat(guild): forum channels with createForumThread and deferred thread-meta

Allow thread parents to be text or forum channels. Add createForumThread,
setThreadRootMessage, and infer forumPost from parent type. Defer HyperDB
thread-meta insert until rootMessageId exists (fixes null encode on posts).
