Non-breaking modularization of export mesh registry entry validation:
- Extract per-entry field validation to validate-entry-fields-scope
- Extract uniqueness set tracking to validate-entry-uniqueness-scope
- validate-entries becomes orchestrator only
- Extract alignment-entries-scope bundling entries + pull config keys
- validate-alignment-scope becomes entries+coverage facade only

Zero observable behavior change; public barrel APIs preserved.

platform-mesh-rpc-pull-mixin.js spread by platform-mesh-view-mixin. Default
