- core-concepts: rewrite pear-runtime concept doc; README §10.2 CLI vs pear-runtime mermaid
- building-tools/architecture: Pear workflow, cmake-android/java, distribution layer, bare-network pointers
- dev-diary/scripts: checklist + test-projects glob typo; fix rocksdb-native canonical link

- Add scripts/build-module-inventory.mjs and module-inventory.json
- Add generate-new-module-stubs.mjs for new repo docs; sync-title-semver helper
- Document 48 previously missing packages; remove duplicate storage/rocksdb.md
- Refresh Tier A stack versions and Pear/Bare runtime notes (CLI vs pear-runtime)
- Update README, architecture, interconnections, project ideas for 600-repo scale
- Test projects: refresh locks, ignore/remove node_modules, add test-projects README
- Extend dev-diary and scripts/README with maintenance checklist

Writer appends timestamped msgs every 3s. Reader scans recent. Separate storages, named core. Local test silent (no output/exit 0, no storage) - deps ok per npm.
