Jarvis Control Center

This package is the GTK4/libadwaita control-plane boundary. Its pages are General, Voice, Models, Memory, Skills, Computer use, Privacy, Lab, and About. The daemon remains the owner of QVAC, audio, portals, and the harness; the UI will communicate over session D-Bus.
