Raven ScottandCursor 0ee1a0bdb7 fix(agentctl): resolve wait-event RPC before push event routing 
AgentClient treated wait-event responses as sidecar pushes because they
include a top-level `event` field. Handle pending RPC replies first and
only route explicit state/sidecar push lines to the event buffer.
