Raven ScottandCursor fc27b5d24b Fix Pear boot failure by replacing dynamic registry-index requires. 
Dynamic require() in gossip-rpc-export-mesh-registry-index.js resolved to .bare
addons under pear:// URLs (UNSUPPORTED_PROTOCOL). Use static spread requires so
the Pear runtime loads JS modules correctly while staying under the 100-line cap.
