- Add generate-new-module-stubs.mjs for new repo docs; sync-title-semver helper
- Document 48 previously missing packages; remove duplicate storage/rocksdb.md
- Refresh Tier A stack versions and Pear/Bare runtime notes (CLI vs pear-runtime)
- Update README, architecture, interconnections, project ideas for 600-repo scale
- Test projects: refresh locks, ignore/remove node_modules, add test-projects README
- Extend dev-diary and scripts/README with maintenance checklist
